1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Account Holder") and AresBet ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the AresBet online sports betting and live casino platform, accessible at https://aresbet.click (the "Site").

By registering an account, accessing the Site, or placing any bet or wager on the AresBet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable promotional terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the AresBet platform.

AresBet operates under international gaming licensing. These Terms are written in English and are the authoritative version governing all accounts. AresBet primarily serves players in Malaysia and is designed for users aged 21 (twenty-one) and above. Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law are not permitted to register or use this platform.

2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on AresBet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are aged 21 years or above at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform. AresBet strictly prohibits access by minors.
• You are registering and using the platform in your own name, for your own personal use only. Accounts held on behalf of another person are strictly prohibited.
• You are not a resident of, or acting from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, another Account on the AresBet platform. Only one Account per person is permitted.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or family member of an employee of AresBet or any affiliated company.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

4 Account Registration

When registering an Account on AresBet, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian residential address, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

4.1 Username and Password

You are responsible for selecting a secure password and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your Account access with any other person. AresBet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active Account with AresBet. If AresBet determines that a User holds or has held more than one Account — identified through any means including but not limited to shared IP addresses, device identifiers, matching personal details, shared payment methods, or overlapping withdrawal instructions — AresBet reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold any balances deemed to have been accrued through multi-accounting.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

All Account Holders are required to complete KYC verification before withdrawals can be processed. Verification typically requires submission of a valid Malaysian government-issued photo ID, proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and where applicable, proof of the payment method used. AresBet targets a 24–48 hour review window for submitted documents, though complex cases may take longer.

5 Terms of Use

By accessing and using the AresBet platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, professional, or systematic gambling activity that violates these Terms.
• You will not attempt to gain any unfair advantage over the platform or other players through collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), data scraping, or any other prohibited means.
• You will not use the AresBet platform to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity, including money laundering or the processing of unlawfully obtained funds.
• You will not attempt to access, reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the technical operation of the platform, its servers, or its underlying software.
• You acknowledge that outcomes of casino games are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and that no system, strategy, or pattern can guarantee consistent winnings.
• You will not misrepresent your identity, nationality, or residency status at any point during your relationship with AresBet.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

AresBet accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, Visa, Mastercard, BTC, and USDT. All deposited funds are credited to your Account in MYR.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply per payment method and are displayed on the Cashier page of your Account. AresBet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges, which are outside AresBet's control.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Account Holders who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where operationally possible, in order to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.

AresBet targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of approval for standard requests made via DuitNow or FPX during Malaysian business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times beyond AresBet's control.

6.3 Currency and Conversion

All Accounts are denominated in MYR. AresBet does not apply platform-side currency conversion fees. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering

AresBet operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. We reserve the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any withdrawal request where we have reasonable grounds to suspect the transaction involves proceeds of unlawful activity. In such cases, AresBet may be obligated to report the activity to relevant authorities without notifying the Account Holder.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

AresBet offers various promotions, bonuses, and incentive programmes to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific promotional terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. AresBet reserves the right to withhold or withdraw any bonus from an Account where it determines the Account Holder is not engaging with the platform in good faith.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated expiry window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days). Unfulfilled bonus wagering will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the Account automatically.
• A maximum bet of between MYR 250 and MYR 500 (as specified per promotion) applies when wagering with active bonus funds. Bets exceeding this cap during an active bonus may result in the bonus being voided.
• Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; table games and live casino games typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Behaviours classified as bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic withdrawal without genuine game engagement ("hit and run" betting), coordinated betting with other players to minimise risk while completing wagering requirements, and placing bets on opposing outcomes to artificially satisfy rollover conditions. Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the AresBet platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are only accepted from registered, verified, and logged-in Account Holders with sufficient cleared funds in their Account at the time of bet placement.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID is issued, the bet is final and cannot be amended or cancelled, except where specifically provided for in the rules of a particular market or sporting event.
• AresBet reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known, or could reasonably be known, at the time the bet was placed. This includes match-fixing events and obvious data feed errors.
• Where odds are published in error — whether due to technical failure, data feed error, or human error — AresBet reserves the right to void affected bets at its sole discretion. Where possible, AresBet will notify affected players promptly.
• Maximum and minimum stake limits apply per bet type, market, and event. These are displayed in the bet slip interface at the time of wagering.
• AresBet's decision on the settlement of all sports betting markets is final. Casino game outcomes determined by certified RNG are not subject to dispute on the basis of statistical probability.

8.1 Live / In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are available for select sporting events including EPL fixtures, Liga Super Malaysia matches, and UFC bouts. Live odds are updated in real time and may be suspended at any point without prior notice during an event. AresBet accepts no liability for bets placed during brief periods of incorrectly updated odds caused by data feed latency.

9 Responsible Gambling

AresBet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools designed to help players maintain control over their betting activity. These tools are available to all Account Holders at no cost through the Account Settings section.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in MYR. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations and receive reminders when approaching your set limits.
• Cool-Down Periods: Temporarily suspend betting activity for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the AresBet platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
• Reality Check Notifications: Receive periodic alerts displaying your session duration and net win/loss position.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the AresBet platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances without prior notice:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity information.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with AresBet.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to gain an advantage over the platform or other players.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, sports manipulation, or wagering on events whose outcome is known in advance.
• Colluding with other players for the purpose of manipulating game or betting outcomes, including in live casino games.
• Depositing or wagering funds obtained through unlawful means, including proceeds of crime, fraud, or deception.
• Engaging in conduct that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, including structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings accrued through known exploits will be voided.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing AresBet staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access another User's Account without authorisation.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the AresBet platform — including but not limited to the AresBet name, logo, brand identity, website design, software, game content, odds data, text, graphics, and interface elements — is the proprietary property of AresBet and/or its content licensors. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the AresBet platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the AresBet platform without our prior written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• AresBet's total aggregate liability to any User arising from or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• AresBet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform.
• AresBet does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from temporary downtime, technical errors, or data feed failures.
• Gambling is inherently risky and results in financial loss for many players over time. AresBet accepts no liability for financial losses incurred by players as a natural consequence of gambling activity.

13 Account Closure & Termination

13.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting AresBet support. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure (subject to completed KYC and no outstanding withdrawal restrictions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

13.2 Termination by AresBet

AresBet reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; detection of multi-accounting; bonus abuse; or any other conduct that AresBet determines is contrary to the safe, fair, and compliant operation of the platform.

Upon termination for cause, AresBet may withhold balances pending investigation. Where investigation confirms a material breach, AresBet reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the Account balance without further obligation to the Account Holder.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AresBet holds its applicable gaming licence. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the AresBet platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction's dispute resolution mechanism.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact AresBet support and provide us with a reasonable opportunity — no less than thirty (30) days — to resolve the issue informally. AresBet is committed to addressing player complaints in a fair and timely manner.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent AresBet from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing prohibited conduct.

15 Amendments to These Terms

AresBet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered Account Holders via the email address on file or through a prominent notice displayed on the platform.

Your continued use of the AresBet platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request Account closure. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
